I'm Devyn, the blogger behind Costiera Pearl, and I'm here to share all things real-life with y'all!
I'm North Texas born and raised but have lived in Northwest Arkansas for the last six years or so.
I am loving life with my fiancé (expect all of the wedding content!!) and our two basset hounds, Duke and Dory. I'm getting a degree in Marketing while he finishes his master's degree. We're graduating, moving, and getting married in 2023, so there are a lot of big, exciting life changes coming soon!
I've always loved to talk and get to know people, so a blog has always felt natural to me. In 2018, I decided to take the leap and I started a blog called "Devyn Nicole". The problem is, I also have always LOVED to attempt to "do it all", but when I get overwhelmed things fall to the wayside. After years of a couple of weeks of blogging followed by months of silence, I decided to fully commit, hired some AMAZING small businesses to help me with a rebrand, and Costiera Pearl was born.
let me give you a little back story
1999
Born in North Texas on a Sunday in May, I'm a Taurus through and through
2017
Moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, and met Dalton, my best friend (and fiancé). Woo Pig Sooie, baby!
2018
Decided to start my blog, formerly known as "Devyn Nicole" because I'm not very creative, but also had a lot going on and couldn't make it a priority.
2022
Hard launching Costiera Pearl after I finally pulled the trigger and decided to invest in myself and really prioritize and build my brand!
(costiera = coastal in Italian) and her birthstone was a pearl, which also happens to be my favorite gemstone (they are so timeless). My mission is to share a lot of what I am loving such as books, clothes, beauty items, or recipes while being very transparent and honest about things going on in my real life like grief and mental health things with y'all. My favorite thing to do is connect with people, so I am THRILLED that you are here, my sweet gems!
Costiera Pearl is named for my late mom because she loved the beach
